Thembakazi Silo is an experienced Occupational Therapist with over 13 years of clinical practice, more than a decade in private adult mental health with Watermeyer & van der Merwe.
Born in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, her roots and heritage as a Xhosa-speaking woman from the Tshatshu tribe inspire her passion for community and healing.
She holds a BSc in Occupational Therapy from the University of the Western Cape.
Her expertise includes mental health care, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work planning.
She is dedicated to helping individuals manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychosocial stressors.
Her guiding motto is: “If you do it, it can be done.”
